Can anyone tell me how these codes work when running an All Transaction Annual Report?
- Account Hold for Open -99.00 Shows as Debit
- Paypal Debit Authorization -99.00 Shows as Memo
- Reversal of General Authorization 99.00 Shows as Credit
- General Paypal Debit -99.00 Shows as Debit
Total if you add these together is -$198.00 but the debit was only for - $99.00
Looks like a duplicate charge - trying to run a yearly report and figure cost on purchases etc. and this report makes absolutely no sense to me - can anyone advise - Thanks so much!
