if I call the page IPN History (Sofortige Zahlungsbestätigungen (IPN) - Verlauf in german)

it displays the message:
"Diese Funktion ist zurzeit leider nicht verfügbar. Wir bedauern eventuelle Unannehmlichkeiten"
In english: This function is not available right now. We are sorry...
Is this a problem with my account or a general problem and what can I do to get the history back?
