paypal UNKNOWN_BUSINESS_ERROR

Hello, 

PayPal is integrated into our system for payments purposes. One integration is having an issue, when you go from our system to the external paypal page, the link displays "UNKNOWN_BUSINESS_ERROR" and the page says 

Something doesn’t look right. Your payment to this merchant can’t be completed using PayPal. Choose another way to pay.

PayPal IPN is configured correctly, and the correct account email is being used. What else could cause the "UNKNOWN_BUSINESS_ERROR"?

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

Please cross check your PayPal Business account and make sure it is verified and confirmed without any account limitations. 

Also, please try to process a test payment using a card which is not linked to your PayPal Account, since merchants can't process self payments.

If your still facing issue, please create a MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US  with the detail information and error details.
