how to sign for Paypal marketplace and how i can have ID Partner ?

how i can apply for Paypal Marketplace and get Partner ID ?

I want to open a store that have many vendors, and i was looking for a payment solution that split the payment right away

between the website owner and the vendors

but i don't know the steps to apply for Paypal Marketplace

anyhelp guys ?
