Trying to get Auto Return feature working

Under Account Settings, I have followed the instructions found here to enable Auto Return and specify the Return URL:

I am using WIX which I believe to be a trusted partner.

After the payment is made successfully on the website, the user is not redirected to the specified Return URL page.

 

Do I need to write code, or should I just be able to use this feature and have it work?

 

Does this feature require me to use a custom domain name? I currently am using a free wix site and the URL has "wixsite.com" as part of the URL.

I recommend activating the Auto Return feature directly in your account. This feature will eliminate the need for coding and make things much easier for you.

 

To enable Auto return settings in your account profile, please follow the steps outlined in the detailed guide link provided below:

Additionally, you can pass the "return URL/RETURN URL" in the API calls. We have provided API guide links to assist you with this.

Thank you for confirming that I should be able to use the Auto Return feature directly in my account (without having to write any code) and that I was following the correct documentation. I created a ticket but I do not yet have a resolution for this issue.
