We're a non-profit. We've been using PayPal for years. When people donate, they can select a main category using a drop-down menu. We've always had a text box below it where donors could specify in further detail notes concerning the donation. Though the text box still appears on our donations page, and donors are able to type in their special instructions, we are not seeing those instructions on our monthly report. Looking online, it appears that this feature has been discontinued. Am I understanding this correctly? Is there no way a donor can type information into a text box that we can then view on our reports?
