I have a customer who switched their PayPal account and after I went through the steps to update on Woo Commerce on a Wordpress.org hosted site, this is the error that occurs when trying to check out. She accepts Paypal and CC through PayPal only so this is a HUGE issue for us. I have found some reference to the fact that her account is not verified but other references to the fact that it's some other reason. 

 

Is there someone out there who can help? I am lost. TIA
