webflow and paypal

I have an ecommerce set up on Webflow with Paypal enabled or so I thought. I have found that customers cannot check out via Paypal on my website and when they try they encounter this message:

 

"There was an error processing your customer info. Please try again, or contact us if you continue to have problems."

 

Does anyone know where I might have made a mistake? Thank you.

I would suggest to please cross check your internal website plugin/module and make sure PayPal is linked successfully.

 

Third party platforms eCommerce develops their own plugins/modules.

 

Please contact the support of eCommercewho should be able to help you regarding the plugins/modules setup.
