PayPal Partnership contact

I have submitted several partnership requests to PayPal more than one month ago, using their contact form but they never respond.
I have tried these forms:

and
https://www.paypal.com/ca/webapps/mpp/partner-program/contact-us
Does anyone have ever had the request responded?

Thank you to answer my post but the link https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/partner-program/contact-us?ref=marketplace is not working, it's returning the error below:
About the guide https://developer.paypal.com/docs/platforms/, I've read it and implemented the API but to onboard sellers and make payments on behalf of them, I need to have the partnership approved as mentioned here:
The "Fill out this form" link I already filled months ago and as mentioned in my first message I didn't receive any response from PayPal.

I kindly request you to try accessing the application through the following URL: https://www.paypal.com/us/enterprise/become-a-partner. This should take you to the application page where you can proceed with the process.
In addition, I recommend trying to open the application using a different browser such as Edge or Safari. Sometimes, certain browsers may encounter compatibility issues which can hinder the application process. By using a different browser, you may be able to bypass any potential issues and complete the application.
