My Woocommerce based website has been recently taking orders only in the backend of the site, and leaves no record in Paypal, both on the buyer and seller's ends. I use Paypal Payments to receive order payments and it has been all good until recent.

It had never happened until 10th FEB. Paypal-support replied that it's something to do with Woocommerce as it should be related to callback of the API, and Woocommerce support has never really got to the point.

Now everyday I receive orders that show "processing" like everything is fine but the transactions never really established. No Paypal transactions. I re-installed the plugin but only to find that everything looks the same. The connection

Anyone can help?

Good day @manaminanase,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

Could you please contact your website developer or the support of the third party platform WooCommerce to cross check the PayPal environment (LIVE/Sandbox) integrated on your website.

Sandbox is test environment and working fine with test card details.

Please cross check whether your website is in LIVE mode.

If you have sandbox test mode activated in your website built via eCommerce, the reported payments might have processed in sandbox test environment.

This should be the reason why your unable to fetch the payment attempt in your LIVE PayPal account.

Once verified, I would suggest to please process a test payment via valid card which is not linked to your PayPal account. Since, merchant can't process self payments.

If your still facing issues, please create a MTS ticket via -  https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US with detailed information.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

Sincerely,

Chiranjeevi
