Is the Update integration email real?

I received an email (see screen cap) asking me to log in to update my integration. I’ve never gotten anything like this (since 1999), so I’m nervous about cutting scammed. IS THIS A REAL PAYPAL EMAIL?

I would suggest to please create a MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US with the detail information about the email notification you received.
Note : PayPal Website Payments Standard (WPS) is a legacy integration.
We recommend merchants to integrate our latest PayPal Checkout (Smart button) product soon.

Please follow the below steps via your PayPal account.
Login PayPal.com >> click on "settings icon" >> go to "Account settings" >> Website payments >> PayPal buttons >> select "Smart Buttons" button type >> fill all the required details.
(Or)
Login PayPal.com >> go to direct link "https://www.paypal.com/buttons/" >> follow the above steps
