I have documentation of my many attempts to get my expired debit card renewed by Paypal, who have claimed ignorance, innocense, and arrogance as excuses for not sending my card - anyone know ... where do I need to physically go to get my card? Trouble started when I tried to get them to send the card to our SECURE P.O. Box instead of our very insecure home mailbox, which has had mail stolen several times. I carefully explained the situation and they insisted on sending the card to our home. OK, I said I'd take my chances. many weeks later I contacted them to ask if my card had been stolen from my mailbox or if they'd lost it or what - they hadn't sent it yet (this was in January - card expired in December) So, they sent a confirmation letter with a "secret code" to my P.O. Box so they could send the card there. Got the letter, entered the code ... STILL NO CARD! I mean seriously, FIVE MONTHS??? This does not inspire confidence in a financial institution who cannot handle mail. Any ideas???? At this point, I'm considering driving to Paypal to get my card - if I could find out where they are! HELP!
