So been using the csrd machines for over a year. Machine pairs. Yet when we try to put a payment trhought. Machine disconnects. I have done factory reset. Uninstalled app. Reinstalled app Updated machine. No good. Even our old machine does same. So it seems issue with the app. And not card reader. Need help urgently. Paypal is closed. And we cant run our shop. Really bad service. We are high volume also.
