Can not procced with payment for other cards

Hi there,

I experience problem to charge EU bank cards. (by manual entry or telephone ) It seems to me there is a problem with post code. I asked the EU customer to provide me with exact address his card registred for. As all other card detais are correct the transaction is not going through.

What to do in this situation pls?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you regarding this. If you are trying to process payments from EU customers through your PayPal Here card reader, can you please try entering four zeros '0000' in the post code field to see if that helps?

Just tried this transactions with 0000

doesn't go through /can not process (
