stopped sending credit card statements in mail to pay

paid my may bill b/c i received a statement in the mail. june and july paypal credit card statements not sent via us mail with no notice. can't pay a bill if i don't receive one! started to receive odd phone calls, one or 2 a day starting a few days ago, it was paypal calling for "past due" monies (charges). when i saw how they have come to do business, i reckoned final bill, sent a check and cancelled the card. they have decided to do business in a lousy, unprofessional way. little or no notice of stopping paper invoice (statement). very poor way of doing business. suggest you cancel card as well. this has NEVER and will never happen to me again!

customer service rep (very hard to get through to) said "but we sent you an email"?????? honestly, these guys stink! thank goodness it was a relatively small balance. what idiot thought up this scheme?
