I have had a Paypal TopUp card for over two years.
On Tuesday 22nd I move some money from paypal account to card.
Its now Thursday and it is still not showing on the card.
I called RBS 0845 301 2997 and they said Paypal have stopped sending the batch files to them as the card scheme ends in a month. But weres my money gone I ask. They said ring Paypal.
So I called paypal and they said its not our problem its RBS ?
