I received a phone call from pay pal saying I had an overdue charge on the card of $73.29 of witch I had no idea what they were talking about. They said it was a charge in Nov. of last year of $33.79 plus $33.50 fees and charges. I've never received an e-mail, statement, or notice of any kind. After talking to three pay pal reps. and three e-mails They keep sending me someplace else. Is there anyway to solve this problem?
