Paid 2523.69 but only charged 1772.66!!!

Hi,

I dropship items I sell on eBay. I would pay for COGS by charging it on my PayPal MasterCard and then pay off the balance with the income i receive from each sale. Over the last month, I was trying to figure out why I wasn't making any money even though I sell quite a few items each day/week. I have a small line of credit on the Paypal Mastercard for only 1900 so after a week or so, I will pay it down before getting the statement each month. After a payment, you can see the "spending power" go back up. No big deal right? So just now, I added up all the mastercard payments I have sent and it totals $2523.69. Once again no big deal I thought. I then added up all my charges on the card. Ummm lets say I am very shocked to see that I have only charged $1772.66 on the card!!! I've only had the card since the beginning of january so it wasn't all that hard to add up the amounts. This is ridiculous. I am definitely calling in the morning to raise **bleep**. Is this a common issue. Also, isn't this illegal?

For anybody who cares, I just got off the phone with paypal CS. Apparently a payment I sent with funds from my paypal balance was held. Although it said completed on my paypal screen, it wasn't. So Now they have let that payment go through which results in having a positive balance above my credit limit. I guess I will only make 1 payment a month from now on or most likely, I won't be using this anymore because there really isn't a way to track it completely.
