how to cancel pp extras card

I've spent WAY too much time on this and have had no luck. I want to cancel my PP Extras card because I have and will never use it. The website says to report it as lost/stolen. When I try going through the process it tells me to do this, there is no option to report as lost/stolen.

HenryJames- Reporting it as lost or stolen will probably just get you another card assigned to replace it.  I think your best bet would be to call the 800 number on the back of the card and have speak with them about canceling it.
