You cannot add the PayPal Extras MasterCard® as your credit card.

I applied for a card and just got it a few days ago. When I try to send money or buy through ebay I get this error.

 

You cannot add the PayPal Extras MasterCard® as your credit card. Please add a different credit card.

 

I'm comfirmed/verified/etc. I have no cards linked to my account and I want to link this one but I keep getting the rror.
