Instant Payment To PayPal Extras MasterCard

When I make payments on my PayPal Extras MasterCard I use a primary checking, then have a separate primary debit as a back up.(at least I believe it is a back up, since I have never seen anything that says "make this a back up funding source" I'm not 100% positve)  Yet the payments are never instant.  They ALWAYS go out as e-check and take 4-5 days to process. When I make my payments on my PayPal Extras MasterCard, it only gives me my checking account as the option for my payment method.  How do I get these payments to be instant so I don't have to wait days to have the payment go through!?   I don't have this problem with other purchases, ONLY the payments I make to the PayPal Extras MasterCard.
