How can I change my due date on my account?

People who get paid only once a month need a due date that goes along with when they get paid in order to avoid late fees.  I have only asked for my due date to be on the 3rd of each month rather than on the 28th.  When I pay my bill at the beginning of the month and again at the end, I still get a late chage.  I feel like I am locked in the middle of statements.  I need the ending date to be on the 3rd of each month and willing to pay for the extra week to bridge the gap.  Can this be done?  Thank you.

i was wondering the same thing.. all my big bills come out on the first of the month.I was wondering if i could move the payment tp my paypal smart connect account to the 22 or so..

I once tried to have my due date moved ether five days forward or five days backward, to avoid two payments in the same month. I wrote them a nice letter and after a long wait got back  a form letter, from an anonymous writer,

saying they can not change the due date. I know of no other credit card bank that takes this position,

I would also like to have my Smart Connect due date changed to the earliest possible in the month. It's more convenient for me too.
