Unable to approve my application? Are U serious???

A few months ago I opened up a Business account for my new business. A few days ago I applied for a debit card. Today I get an email from Paypal saying that they were "unable to approve my application"! There was no explanation of what the problem was or how to correct a problem or basically nothing except  this..."you can reapply in 30 days".

First of all, I don't understand why someone has to "apply" to get a debit card. All I want to do is have access to "MY" money in "MY" Paypal account. Secondly, sending me an email telling me that you were unable to approve my application without saying why - is simply retarded.

I've had a personal account with Paypal for years and have a Paypal debit card. Yet, they won't give me one for my new business? Or, even explain what the problem is?

Paypal, what do you guys use for a brain? I guess customer service is not your forte...is it? "Hey, thanks for being a Paypal customer but we're not going to give you a debit card....and we're not going to tell you why"! LOL*

Big slap in the face Paypal - thanks for nothing!

IDIOTS!

Paypal is now saying that they couldn't approve my application (for a debit card) because they didn't have my social security number. This is only after I inquired about being turned down. Instead of simply emailing me to let me know that they needed additional info in order to complete my application for a debit card, they just sent me an email declining my application - without no explanation at all. And then they invited me to reapply in 30 days.  LOL*

So in 30 days I would have reapplied and they would have not approved the application again. All because some lazy-azz Paypal employee wouldn't take a minute to let me know that they needed additional info. Had I not taken the time out of my day to inquire - I never would have known what the problem is.

It goes without saying but I'm going to say it anyway - PAYPAL, YOU SUK!
