Smart connect card

How do I apply for this smart connect card and not PayPal Extras Mastercard, you can link? just never found the form for submitting it to smart Connect card, but only on the PayPal Extras Mastercard ... Is there a form of application?

i applied for the mc but was given the smart connect, which I never heard of. I am thinking that is what you have to do too

There is no direct application for PayPal Smart Connect.  When you apply for the PayPal Extras MasterCard, the system chooses which account will be issued based on the application.
