I signed the debit mastercard I got in the mail and the signature on the back got smudged, did some research online some places said it was okay and just write "See ID" over the smudged sig. with a perm. marker...although further reserch online showed that this was against mastercard TOS, anway Paypal can send me a new one? I'd be willing to pay a few bucks or whatever if they need to charge me, just don't want to go around stores and the people being suspcious cause thats written over the sig.
