i've been using it for years now and it's always worked. this past month i've tried to use it and it doesn't work at all. i have money left to use but when i try to use it, it just says cancelled or failed. why can't i use the money?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
