I'm sorry to hear that the PayPal Credit option was not presented at the time of payment. It sounds like the security system may have ruled out that payment method for that transaction. Trying the payment again at a later time or date may potentially yield a different result, but often it will just come down to the need to select a different payment method to complete the payment.
