So I'm having a weird issue with with PayPal Credit in terms of In-App purchases with Google play. I have at least $250 worth of credit left in my name, and for some reason my payment is on and off declined, knowing i do have enough funds in my account. Is anyone else having this trouble? Does anyone know how to fix it? I called Support, they said my card is fine but its Google Plays end that's messed up. Im not entirely sure myself. Help is appreciated!
