If an item is eligible for PayPal Credit, paying monthly over time, can I still pay using PayPal Credit over time when I make an offer a little lower but still over $99? For example, a $1,000 item, that is eligible for $45 for 24 months, can PayPal credit still be eligible if I offer $700?
I ask because I don't want to pay the amount fully right now if when I go to checkout and the option is not there!
