I have made 2 separate purchases, one purchase at: £38.00 and the other £269.
The £269.00 has already had £49 paid towards it. Now I want to pay off the rest of the balances but it won't let me it keeps saying I have no current balance. How do I go about doing this? It won't even tell me the date the next direct debit is supposed to come out.
