I am sorry about your issue. There are several reasons you may be unable to pay with PayPal Credit. If you experience a situation where your purchase is declined by PayPal Credit, you'll receive a real-time notification. If the merchant accepts PayPal Credit, and there are no restrictions on your transaction, we recommend that you choose from your available PayPal funding sources to complete your purchase.
