Was at Fenders website when Pay Pal says, hey we will help you out...apply here for credit. So I do and it transfers me the my Pay Pal account that within a split second without even asking a question says I’m not eligible. I don’t understand is it because I’m from Canada? Like why not “some” kind of explanation
PayPal Credit product is not available in Canada. You probably clicked an all-purpose PPC badge that shows to all the merchant's customers regardless of their location on a US website. The credit product's t&c documentation is not listed in the Canadian PayPal User agreement legal docs page nor in the Help Center for Canada in the Product & Services category.
