There is a technical issue appear in their website stop me to make a payment to PayPal credit. The payment should be payed before September,8. The customer service are not helpful and they did not do anything to help. I need an email to make a complain and also who can help me to make a payment?
This is a known issue and has been going on for a month or so now. The only way to make a payment is to contact PayPal Credit directly and make a payment over the phone using your bank account or debit card.
