Trying to access my Paypal Credit account in any way comes with a "Sorry, there are some technical issues. Please try again later." whenever I click on make payment, manage mailing address, see statements, or view account details. This has been happening for weeks and I have a payment that is due soon. I don't want to be charged a fee when I've been trying nonstop to be able to pay. I am at a loss at what else I can do.

Oh... well then you are lucky..... I don't even have a PayPal Credit account link on m home page and I just spend the last 2-1/2 hours of my time trying to find out why with the last option, calling tech support and finally getting some woman from INDIA that told me "Hello, I am .... 2-3 second delay while they read the script... then said, SANJAY and right after I told her I can't pa my PayPal Credit online because there is no link on my homepage, she said, I'm sorry, I will have to transfer you because I can't verify who you are.... and she said, "Ill explain later" and then vada-boom.... dead silence.... no hold music, nothing.... I said hello a few times...within a few minutes.... the red end call button on my iPhone.... turned green.... I was disconnected....
....and don't even think that I am making this up or exaggerating...
I wonder if the "Big Boys" at PP sitting in their cushy office chairs have a clue what's going on in the company trenches....of course not..... I learned that a long time ago when I worked in corporate at IBM.... those jack and moles are just interested in saving their next raise or advancement.....squishing the problems, calling them anomalies and hush-hush until they advance and then it's the next Joe's problem....
But hey.... you got a notice..... I get nothing but dead silence and a donkey carrot chase.....

Hi @mvaneman,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!
It sounds like you're facing a technical issue. You can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue! If not, please reach out to our Customer Service directly. If you want to contact our Customer Service, you can click ‘Help & Contact’ at the bottom of any PayPal page to see which options are available.
I hope this helps!
Martina
