Does anyone know how we set the Direct Debit date for PayPal Credit. I have been through to customer services web chat and all they say is telephone the help line. I cannot do this as I have a speech/breathing disability so vocal speech on a telephone is difficult. All the other companies I deal with have a disability access service for disabled customers with speech problems but I was told PayPal Credit only works by the telephone and I must get a third party to make the call for me which is demeaning given it is my speech that is affected not my mental capacity. Also, I don't want a third party to be aware of my financial dealings. Therefore can someone reply telling me how I set a specific date for my Direct Debit to be taken out of my bank account to correspond with my monthly wages.
