Problems using paypal credit?

Hi, is anyone else having issues using paypal credit? It shows that it is an option for an item I won on ebay, but when I go to checkout it says it is unavailable. I have been approved for it and it is well under my credit limit.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
