When you check out, if you are offered the option to pay with Paypal Credit, just select it and complete checkout. PayPal Credit may not be offered as a funding source for every purchase though, so, if it is not offered, use another payment method from your available PayPal funding sources to complete your purchase..

I done that i was approved for 4500 and i tried a purchase and a send a payment both decliend what could the issue be?
