Happened to me too an a least one other, on the phone app in the PP credit section it says:
We're sorry, something seems to have gone wrong. We can't handle this request at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes.
So it seems like its an issue their end. I have emailed them and waiting on reply, but I'll give it until morning and if nothings changed i'll give them a call.

I'm having the same issue. Sent an email awaiting reply. And on the phone it says exactly as the above post. Some relief to see I'm not alone.
