Paypal Credit line and my credit report

Why doesn't my line of credit reflect on my credit report? 

How do I contact the bank that owns the credit line?

PayPal Credit generally don't show or reported on credit reports. PayPal checks your credit report to approve you for a credit line or not though.

I am concerned though because I am looking at having to file Ch. 7 and if it's not showing up on my report, will it not be part of the case?
