Welcome to the PayPal Community! If you're referring to Pay in 3, the subsequent payments will be made on the same date every month. While there is no option to change that date, you can make additional payments towards the balance at any time.
If you're referring to PayPal Credit, you can set up Direct Debit by clicking on PayPal Credit in your Wallet. I have included a few Help Center articles that may help:
