PAYPAL CREDIT NOT WORKING? HOW DO I GET IT TO WORK?
This is secured lending on your home which is not usable in anyway you want is not good.
I have asked four times and every time they say it is working fine.
Here are the replies with a help line <removed>
First response:
- You can use PayPal Credit to fund retail purchases in GBP with most retailers that accepts PayPal as a payment method, subject to a sufficient PayPal Credit balance. It will not appear for transactions in other currencies.
- Please be advised that PayPal Credit cannot be used to fund payments using the "Send Money" function or to fund payments made by "Invoice" or "Money Request".
- If a purchase is not covered under PayPal Buyer Protection you will not be able to use PayPal Credit for that specific purchase.*
- If your standard PayPal account is negative you will be unable to use PayPal Credit until the negative balance has been cleared in full.
- You must also fund the entire purchase using PayPal Credit, split payments are not possible.
- In addition you cannot transfer funds to your balance or withdraw to your bank account.
- If you are attempting to make a payment for an item you have viewed on eBay, please ensure to choose “Buy it now” to complete your purchases.
- You must select "Home Delivery" when checking out using PayPal Credit as "Click & Collect" is not supported by PayPal Credit.

Second response:
PayPal Credit will only be available for buy it now items on eBay, it cannot be used to purchase items on auction.
You also cannot use PayPal Credit in Euro's. PayPal Credit is only available in Pound Sterling and can only be used to purchase items in Pound Sterling.
At present, credit limit increases cannot be proactively requested.
