Hi All I have been on the paypal credit info page and can't find the answer, can the postage price be included in the 99 pounds minimum allowed for paypal credit as I have had a seller accept my request of 99 pounds offer accepted but she says she can't remove the postage fee only reduce the item. if she does that the price will be 95 pounds and I am unsure the paypal credit offer will still be in place. Thanks in advance
