Well My Name is Noor Ullah From Pakistan. I working on upwork is a data entry operator. So I need a debit card.

Please help me how to collect Debit card/Master Card

Sorry, PayPal is not available for Pakistan and if you reside there, you can't open a PayPal account, not even under a different country. PayPal Debit cards are only available in the UK and US.
