How do I obtain a refund to PayPal Credit?

I purchased something on PayPal Credit, paid for it in full, it became faulty and I was refunded to PayPal Credit. I can see the £126 credit in my PayPal Credit account but I can't see how to obtain it - can anyone advise?  There doesn't seem to be any way to call or email PayPal directly - only a 'bot' which takes me round in circles...  Thank you!

Hi I thinks there's an option at activity log for refund, dispute, tracking etc... I wish this can help you!
