I have a good amount of credits in my paypal account, and i really need to buy something with it. I have been waiting very long time for it.
And when i went to the online store and treid buying it, "paypal balance" is not an option.
When i go to my paypal account it says "collect my money " and it asks for something like ssl?
I am from denmark, and was acidently using vpn when creating this account, so i think the account is created in the us, so my money is basically stuck here and i cant do anything, Paypal admins and users PLEASE HELP:
