Fraudulent activity with account(s)

I know I had a paypal credit account awhile back. I am pretty sure at the time I had fraudulent transactions that were supposed to be taken care of. I didn't hear anything back other than my account got deleted from my regular Paypal account. In fall 2019, I receive a collections letter in regards to Synchrony Bank aka Paypal Credit stating I owed almost $3,500 in collections. I'm not sure where that came from but I requested validation for the debt. Didn't hear anything back for awhile until I got another letter from a different collection agency stating I owe the same amount of money. I requested validation/disputed the debt with them. All of a sudden I've been getting calls from a collection agency called Superlative RM this week. I was informed by one of their supervisors that the account is in pre-litigation status and if I didn't make any payments that they would hand over my case to an attorney to be sued. I told them my situation and they didn't seem to want to listen to me about that I'm on Social Security disability. Then they pressured me into using the available credit on my other credit cards to make a payment for now. However, I just received a letter from Synchrony Bank/Paypal Credit stating that an account was closed to prevent further use due to fraud. They want me to fill out a fraud investigation form and send it back to them. However, most of it I don't really understand or know what to put exactly. I can't seem to get in contact with the right department of Synchrony Bank or Paypal. I need to know more about this and also about that other company that is currently harassing me about my so called debt in regards to this.
