I first applied for PayPal credit to buy a really nice display. I noticed it put a hard inquiry on my account which I expected. I am now in the market to purchase a new laptop. The one I want is 740, but my limit on PayPal credit is 800. The payment plan on the website I am buying the laptop from shows that I can make minimum payments with some interest added. My question is, if I buy this laptop, will PayPal report that I used almost all of my credit usage? I don't want to affect my credit usage in a bad way, but I need a laptop. Any help?

Yes, PayPal Credit is reported to credit report agencies. Typically creditors report monthly but the credit agencies have no time requirement for the creditor to make the reports.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
