I have an courtesy credit on my account of $33.82. Yet every time I checkout with PayPal it never shows “use offer” so I can’t use it. Why doesn’t it show at checkout?
I am with you on this one. Keep in mind, I have the "Use at next purchase (when valid)" checked off in my wallet. I purchased from at least 3 website (Petco.com, QVC.com, and Wayfair.com) and check-out via PayPal. Unfortunately, it did not trigger the Courtesy Credit. It is very frustrating.
