My courtesy credit is about to expire and I still have not figure out how to use this credit. I HATE the lack of customer service from PayPal. One of the worst ever!

Incredibly bad instructions on how to redeem it. My Courtesy Credit is about to expire in the next few days and I still have not figure it out. I called customer service numerous times and received several different answers, but never the correct one. Very sadden by their customer service lately.

I am with you on this one. Keep in mind, I have the " Use at next purchase (when valid)" checked off in my wallet. I purchased from at least 3 website (Petco.com, QVC.com, and Wayfair.com) and check-out via PayPal. Unfortunately, it did not trigger the Courtesy Credit. It is very frustrating.

I spoke with customer service earlier today and he mentioned Amazon or eBay. This credit is becoming more of a headache

It still doesn't work. I have the " Use at next purchase (when valid)" checked and decided to do buy an item on QVC.com, but it took out the full amount from my credit card (linked on my PayPal account) instead of my Courtesy Credit.

How can I issue a refund for someone on PayPal via iPhone App? I don't see the ISSUE REFUND button on the app.
