I am signed up for automatic monthly payments to my PayPal credit and PayPal master card accounts. The payment is pending but it doesn’t give me the option to cancel. My bank account has no money in right now. Is there another way I can cancel so I don’t receive NSF fee from my bank?? Thanks in advance
